Tadd’s water resources engineering experience ranges from the low impact development of new residential neighborhoods to the analysis and retrofit of decades-old stormwater infrastructure. He has experience in residential drainage improvement projects, riverine and storm sewer H/H, and highway drainage design. He has extensive AutoCAD skills that include manipulating corridors and pipe networks for linear roadway and storm systems, as well as translating the ideas to construction-ready plan sets. Other software competencies include ArcGIS, Ensoft, Bentley Pondpack, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS. Tadd attended Virginia Tech and attained a master’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on Environmental and Water Resources.
