Tom Saldutti, PE

Tom has experience in a variety of water resources projects including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, riverine and coastal flood mapping, dam rehabilitation design, stream restoration, and green stormwater infrastructure design and inspection. He has worked extensively with clients in the public sector including the Philadelphia Water Department, Philadelphia International Airport, Natural Resources Conservation Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as multiple state transportation agencies (PennDOT, VDOT, and TXDOT). He is well versed in several programs utilized in water resources engineering including HEC-RAS, ArcMap, ICPR, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, WinDAM C, and CHAMP. He also has extensive drafting experience with both AutoCAD and Microstation. Tom has his master’s in civil engineering from Villanova University with a primary focus in water resources engineering. Tom has also volunteered as mentor for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia since his time as an undergraduate civil engineering student at Villanova.
