James is a graduate of Villanova University’s College of Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania. He attained a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a thesis focusing on soil infiltration testing for green infrastructure. His primary experience is in the geotechnical and geo-structural engineering disciplines, where he is frequently engaged in seepage and slope stability analyses, geotechnical site characterization, soil and rock test data evaluation, foundation design, and field work and inspections. His work focuses on rehabilitation of existing dams, levees, and hydropower project inspections. James is proficient in SEEP/W, SLOPE/W, and AutoCAD, and possesses a strong technical background in geotechnical analyses.
